The Ashland Planning Commission is composed of seven citizens under the authority of Ashland Municipal Code, Chapter 2.12 and Chapter 2.14 (Hearings Board). Generally, the Planning Commission is responsible for the city's comprehensive plan and development standards that implement that plan.
Regular Planning Commission Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 1175 East Main Street and are open to the public. The meetings are usually broadcast live on RVTV, Channel 9 (Ashland Fiber Network) and Channel 180 (Charter Communications).
Planning Commission Study Sessions are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 1175 East Main Street and are open to the public.
