APRC facilities and specified park locations can be rented for private events such as weddings, receptions, meetings, picnics and family gatherings. Renters are required to procure liability insurance.
To reserve a facility, email or call the APRC Office at 541.488.5340. Please book at least 10 business days ahead of your reservation.
If you are requesting to hold a special event or outdoor activity in Park areas, including Lithia Park, please complete an APRC Special Event/Outdoor Activity Application.
