Nature Center at North Mountain Park
The Nature Center, a renovated early 20th century farmhouse, features a discovery room, reference library, staff offices and interpretive exhibits. The center also accommodates community programs, meetings and workshops.
The weather at the Park is monitored on an on-going basis and can be viewed online at www.ashland.or.us/weather or you can stop by the Nature Center for all of the most up-to-date weather information and even view past trends.
Solar panels installed on the roof of the pavilion at North Mountain Park offer an alternative energy source for the Nature Center.
