The Ad hoc 2200 Ashland Street Committee will soon convene with the task of creating a long-term master plan for the building and surrounding property that aligns with the contractual obligations of the property and furthers the community’s goals regarding homeless services and affordable housing, while enhancing the experience of the surrounding neighborhood.
Committee is set to convene the week of May 13 with subsequent meetings held bi-weekly for two hours until the completion of the master plan. Those who are interested may apply online. Applications will be accepted through Friday, April 19, at 5 p.m. (The deadline to apply for this committee has passed.) Mayor Tonya Graham will appoint members at the May 7 City Council meeting.
