New Payment Kiosk Open
Paying a utility bill just got easier.
A new payment kiosk has been installed in the breezeway at Ashland Police Department for City of Ashland customers to pay their utility bills. The kiosk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as a resource for customers who are busy during normal business hours or who do not want to come to the office to make a payment.
The kiosk is fast and simple to use. Customers can look up their City of Ashland utility account using the account number and customer number or by scanning a copy of the bill. It accepts cash, checks, or Visa and MasterCard payments, and payments are processed immediately to utility accounts. Customers will have the option to receive a printed receipt or an electronic copy through SMS or email.
