How would you like to be communicated with? The City launches a communication survey to garner feedback.
 
The City of Ashland is evaluating its communication tools and would like to hear from you! Currently, the City is working behind the scenes to transition to a new website with a company called CivicPlus. The website is slated to launch in late spring/early summer. CivicPlus specializes in websites for municipalities and offers modules to better organize and present public meeting information, allow citizens to easily report maintenance problems and more.
 
After the new website rolls out, the City is planning to expand its social media presence and increase the number of face-to-face interactions with the community. Your valuable input will help in planning a strategy for excellent communication.
 
The survey takes minutes to complete and is available at ashland.or.us/CommSurvey. For those interested in providing suggestions on the new website, before it goes live, please indicate this on the survey, and provide contact information.
 
The survey will be open through March 1, 2024, March 3, 2024 and is only available online. If you are unable to submit an online application, please email or call 541.488.6002 and we will assist you.
