Marking Ashland Places... A public art project
Join us in celebration at the 2024 Historic Preservation Awards & Marking Ashland Places (MAP) event, proudly sponsored by the City of Ashland, Advisory Committees for Historic Preservation and Public Arts, Ashland Chamber of Commerce and Walk Ashland. This exciting occasion will take place at Railroad Park on Saturday, May 18, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Experience the day's festivities, starting with a welcome speech at 10:30 a.m., followed by the celebration of the MAP Completion of the Railroad District Medallions at 11 a.m., including recognition of staff and volunteer contributions. At 11:30 a.m., join us for the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, leading into a Public Walking Tour of the Railroad District Medallions at 11:45 a.m.
