The City of Ashland offers an Equal Payment Program to divide the total cost of utilities used each year into 12 equal monthly payments. In order to qualify:
Your account must be paid in full before starting the Equal Payment Program.
All equal monthly payments must be paid promptly by the due date. If not paid timely you may be removed from the program and all balances will be due immediately.
All figures will be reviewed periodically and adjusted as necessary, normally in July and January each year.
